Getting fit doesn’t mean shelling out

The Fitz programme is designed with this in mind and all the activities we’ve designed involve little or no cost. Whether you’re stuck indoors or managing to get out and about, there are loads of activities that can raise your heart rate without costing a fortune.

For example, today we took a walk to the beach, paddling, searching for shells and playing sand hopscotch. If we’d remembered to take a bat and ball (which dad forgot), we could have played beach cricket, but actually it didn’t matter: there was still plenty of fun to be had by simply messing around for a couple of hours.
